Who we are
Sempre Property Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 14255611. Registered office: Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville, PO8 0BT. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
- Name, phone number, and the town or postcode of a site, when you submit the enquiry form.
- Any details you choose to share in the optional note field.
- Technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, page visited — for security and analytics.
- Marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) if you arrive from a tracked link.
Why we use it
We use your details solely to contact you about your site and to assess whether a site assessment makes sense. We will not sell, share or pass your contact details to any third party for their own marketing.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest for the initial outreach (you contacted us asking for a call) and contract once we are in formal discussions about a transaction.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to operate the site and our customer records:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU region)
- HubSpot (CRM)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Vercel (web hosting)
- Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn (only if you have given analytics / advertising consent)
Each of these is a separate data processor bound by contract and operating to their own published privacy standards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not progress to a site visit: deleted after 12 months. Enquiries that progress to a written view: kept for seven years from last contact, to support ongoing diligence and any later transaction. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict its processing, and object to its use. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
